W ell, Praise The Lord . Here we are in July 2008 and we are on the backside of the desert where God is blessing us in ways yet to be revealed. We are looking with anticipation for how God wants to use us to bring Glory to His Name. We thank God for the Women of Style ad Session of Change put on by the Women of Freedom and for the men completing the Men's Retreat at Lake Yale . Thank God for Sister Annie Roberts accompanying her granddaughter, Mercedes , to China with the choir from Lake Highland Prep , vacations by Sister Mary and her daughter Ariel Tinsley, Patricia Callahan, Deacon King and Gail Jenkins, Tony Jenkins, Sister Para Bowers, and Pastor and Minister Filmore celebrating their 48th wedding anniversary . Thank God for Minister Melvin Birdsong stepping up in my stead while I was on vacation and overseeing our 2 nd Quarter Business Meeting and for the participation of the congregation in our quarterly week of Fasting and Prayer . We were truly blessed by Bishop Walter and Prophetess Sharon Harris and the Living Waters Church of Jesus Christ for our fellowship service. We praise God that we were able to allow the church to be used to funeralize Juanita Lewis . We look forward to a memorial for our son, Freddie Filmore, Jr. on the 2 nd of July with a Filmore Family Reunion to spend time together and simply bond. We are looking forward to the meeting with Freedom Ministries Ministers and Leaders to map out our plans for the rest of the year. Men and Women Fellowship will get a break after the 3 rd of July and we will return to regular bible study for the month of July. We are really anticipating getting off the ground with the Freddie Filmore, Jr. Memorial Multipurpose Facility with the Schematic Design Package by Thomas Design International. We will be able to get the rendering on our website so that donors can see where we are headed and contribute on line to the project. God is truly awesome. We ask that you will pray with us concerning the project and if God so impress on you, give to this great cause. We will be able to minister to the young people of our community and continue the legacy of Freddie, Jr. We realize that we cannot do it without the Lord's help and intervention. Saints of God, let us rise to the occasion by staying on our knees before God for His Grace and Mercy. We are also anticipating Revival where souls will be saved, delivered and set free by the miraculous power of God. As Elijah spoke concerning the coming rain when his servant only saw a cloud about the size of a man's hand, so we also are believing God for a tremendous outpouring of His Spirit for this End Time.
